What you will do

• Operate as a full-stack analyst owning the Growth domain and collaborating closely across the pod.
• Design and evolve dashboards, north star metrics, and analytical frameworks to drive high-level business decisions.
• Build and maintain scalable data infrastructure, including production-grade dbt models and pipelines.
• Lead experimentation by designing A/B testing frameworks and applying causal inference to drive growth strategy.
• Influence the technical direction and data engineering standards across the data team.
• Embed AI tooling, such as LLM-augmented pipelines and GenAI workflows, to create tangible business impact.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data analytics or analytics engineering, preferably in fintech, payments, or crypto.
• Proven track record of building and owning production-grade data infrastructure and dbt models.
• Full mastery of SQL and strong Python proficiency for pipeline development and production code.
• Experience managing ELT/ETL pipelines with Airflow or equivalent orchestration tools.
• Deep hands-on experience designing and running A/B testing and causal inference at scale.
• Must be based in Canada, the US, the UK, or the EU and fluent in English.
