TL;DR

Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics (Marketing Analytics/SQL): Building and maintaining performance dashboards and data models to optimize paid media channels with an accent on attribution, incrementality, and measurement operations. Location: Must reside in one of hirify.global’s states of operation within the US (AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, KS, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NH, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI)

Salary: $91,200 – $121,800 per year (depending on geographic tier)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain performance dashboards in Sigma to provide channel owners with clear views of paid media performance.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries and dbt models to support evolving reporting and analysis needs.
  • Configure and QA pixels in Google Tag Manager and manage conversion uploads via Hightouch.
  • Perform root cause analysis on performance shifts across SEM, Paid Social, Display, and CTV.
  • Support the design and analysis of A/B tests and geo-experiments across creative, audience, and media tactics.
  • Contribute to attribution, incrementality, and forecasting frameworks for emerging channels.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or media analytics within a D2C performance marketing environment.
  • Must be based in one of the specified US states of operation.
  • Strong SQL skills and proficiency with dbt and GitHub.
  • Experience building dashboards in Sigma, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
  • Solid understanding of paid media metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CAC) and martech tooling (GTM).
  • Ability to work independently and utilize AI tools to amplify day-to-day impact.

Nice to have

  • Experience in financial services.
  • Exposure to incrementality testing or Media Mix Modeling.
