What you will do

• Lead the Cards Monetization strategy, defining pricing principles and operationalizing decisions worldwide.
• Build and scale the B2B pricing automation stack, including algorithmic bundling and discounting.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science to develop observability systems for margins and revenue.
• Launch IC+ pricing for Cards in new geographies and drive adoption among enterprise users.
• Conduct competitive analysis and regular pricing audits to identify and test new pricing models.
• Partner with GTM, finance, and operations teams to ensure flawless execution of pricing initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a product role
• Deep understanding of B2B GTM, pricing, and contracting processes.
• Proven track record in B2B pricing or monetization strategies.
• Experience working with GTM teams in a B2B sales environment.
• Strong ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to executive audiences.

• Background in strategy consulting or finance.
• Experience building data observability platforms.
• Domain expertise in payments, card networks, or banking.
• Experience working with ML/GenAI and SQL proficiency.
