Salary: $140,000 – $150,000 USD

What you will do

• Define and own the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead the Product Management function, establishing frameworks, governance, and best practices.
• Drive the Buy, Build, Partner strategy to expand product capabilities and ecosystem value.
• Act as executive sponsor for AI strategy and intelligent automation initiatives.
• Partner with the Executive Leadership Team on strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the executive voice of the customer, leading advisory boards and feedback programs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 10+ years of progressive Product Management leadership experience.
• Proven success delivering enterprise software, SaaS, ERP, or business application products.
• Experience implementing formal product management frameworks and governance processes.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated success leading Product Managers or Product organizations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
• Background in financial systems, accounting software, or fintech.
• Mortgage banking industry or loan-level accounting knowledge.
• Experience leading AI-driven or platform-level product initiatives.
