What you will do

• Plan and execute a diverse range of events, including resident socials and open houses.
• Coordinate event logistics and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs).
• Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to drive attendance and engagement.
• Create engaging digital and print content using social media platforms and graphic design tools.
• Cultivate relationships with local businesses and community organizations to enhance the resident experience.
• Analyze event outcomes and generate detailed reports to suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Miami, FL and Fort Lauderdale.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in event planning and marketing.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Canva, Slack, and social media platforms.
