What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic marketing and positioning plans for the Miami market.
• Create high-end marketing deliverables including brochures, reports, presentations, and advertisements using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Design and maintain websites, landing pages, and social media posts.
• Manage the implementation of marketing technologies such as virtual tours, automation, and web analytics.
• Oversee content distribution across various commercial real estate and social media platforms.
• Coordinate and project manage client and networking events.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Miami, FL (Onsite)
• Expert level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience providing marketing support to professional teams.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher).

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of experience in commercial real estate.
• Experience with CRMs and WordPress.
• Knowledge of Ceros and video editing.
