What you will do

• Manage in-person and virtual events end-to-end, including planning, budgeting, vendor management, and on-site execution.
• Develop program content and event communications aligned with organizational priorities.
• Maintain a detailed content and events calendar to track deadlines and dependencies across multiple programs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for event organizers, sponsors, and collaborators.
• Draft and publish content for blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
• Track ROI and deliver comprehensive post-campaign and event reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in event and marketing roles, ideally within startups, venture capital, or agencies.
• Must be based in the Bay Area and available to be on-site in San Francisco, CA.
• Proven experience in campaign management across social media and email marketing.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
• Proficiency in tools such as Splash, HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, Google Suite, Canva, Figma, and CMS platforms.
