What you will do

• Identify inefficiencies across GTM and marketing operations workflows and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Build and automate lightweight and heavy automations and integrations using Python, APIs, and automation tools (e.g., Matomo, Zapier, Pipedream).
• Own CRM quality in Salesforce by managing data integrity and building workflows to support revenue and marketing teams.
• Translate between technical engineers and non-technical marketing/commercial stakeholders to align requirements and outcomes.
• Use LLM-powered tools and agentic workflows to accelerate analysis, automate tasks, and explore new capabilities.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools to improve the tech stack, and produce clear documentation and recommendations.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a Business Analyst, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar hybrid technical/business role.
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and light automation.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and analysing data across relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (or an equivalent CRM platform).
• Experience with REST APIs (authentication, pagination, data ingestion).
• Comfort working with automation platforms (e.g., Matomo, Zapier, Pipedream) and communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Exposure to LLMs and AI tooling, including prompt engineering and agentic workflows (e.g., Claude Code).
• Experience working within or alongside marketing, growth, or GTM functions.
