What you will do

• Design, improve, and maintain operational workflows supporting revenue-generating teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, sales, and customer success teams to streamline business processes.
• Build and maintain integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms.
• Support automation initiatives across CRM, customer onboarding, reporting, and operational tooling.
• Analyze operational bottlenecks and recommend scalable improvements.
• Explore and utilize AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Systems Operations, or Solutions Engineering.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong experience with APIs, integrations, and automation workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Solid understanding of CRM systems and operational tooling.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and process-related issues in cross-functional environments.

• Experience in SaaS or startup environments.
• Familiarity with Python or scripting languages.
