Salary: $140,000–$190,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of SMB mechanical and plumbing contractors to drive revenue growth and retention.
  • Convert qualified inbound leads into net-new revenue through structured discovery and solution fit demonstrations.
  • Develop and execute quarterly growth plans for priority accounts to achieve 25% YoY growth.
  • Maintain a renewal retention rate of over 90% by proactively managing account health and risk.
  • Manage the full deal lifecycle in Salesforce, from outbound prospecting to close.
  • Monitor market shifts and competitor activity to sharpen client conversations and proposals.

Requirements

  • US work authorization is required.
  • Proven experience in consultative SMB sales and account management.
  • Ability to lead structured discovery and maintain pipeline accuracy.
  • Self-directed approach to managing commercial relationships and account strategy.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
