What you will do

• Own and administer the NetSuite ERP system with a focus on accounting, reporting, and controlling.
• Lead and develop a team of NetSuite and Atlassian administrators and developers.
• Design and implement customizations using SuiteScript, workflows, and system integrations.
• Automate core finance processes including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report.
• Manage the architecture and stability of NetSuite, Jira, and Confluence.
• Develop standardized, finance-relevant reporting and actionable insights using BI tools.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on NetSuite expertise in administration and development (scripting, workflows).
• Proven experience in a technical leadership or Team Lead role.
• Solid background in finance (accounting, controlling, ERP finance processes).
• Ability to translate complex finance requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Gilching, Germany
