What you will do

• Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions.
• Manage data models, workflows, BOM structures, and change management processes.
• Ensure robust integration between Teamcenter and enterprise systems like CAD (NX), ERP, and MES.
• Analyze and improve business processes across engineering, manufacturing, and quality departments.
• Provide expert-level support, troubleshoot system issues, and maintain technical documentation.
• Lead PLM-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new module implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Deep knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, modules, and customization (ITK, RAC, BMIDE).
• Proficiency in English is essential; German language skills are considered a plus.
• Experience in the aerospace or other highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Ottobrunn, Germany.
