What you will do

• Coach and mentor junior consultants to ensure high standards of service delivery.
• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customer core teams and internal stakeholders.
• Perform core team training and knowledge sharing sessions for clients and peers.
• Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain expertise in core software modules and obtain certifications in new product areas.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or manufacturing accounting.
• 5+ years of professional consulting experience.
• Strong project management skills and a solid technical background.
• Ability to travel up to 100% as required by project needs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for virtual and in-person interactions.
