What you will do

• Architect and develop scalable NetSuite solutions for multi-entity and multi-currency operations.
• Lead technical design for implementations, enhancements, and integrations across acquired entities.
• Build customizations using SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics.
• Design integrations between NetSuite and CRM, HRIS, banking, and BI tools via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Manage the NetSuite environment strategy, including release management, governance, and sandbox usage.
• Support M&A integration workstreams, including data migration and process harmonization.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of hands-on NetSuite architecture and development experience.
• Strong expertise in SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, and custom records.
• Proven experience with API integrations and iPaaS tools like Celigo, Boomi, or Workato.
• Solid understanding of core finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, consolidation).
• Must have the legal right to work in Germany (no visa sponsorship available).
• Excellent communication skills for partnering with finance and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• NetSuite certifications (SuiteCloud Developer II, Administrator, ERP Consultant).
• Experience with M&A integrations and carve-outs.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
