What you will do

• Design and execute the AIDA Program communication plan using intranet, newsletters, town halls, and internal campaigns.
• Support change management activities including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and awareness sessions.
• Measure adoption and engagement levels, gathering business feedback to drive improvements.
• Build and maintain a community of AIDA ambassadors across the company.
• Collaborate with the Program Lead, product owners, and IT colleagues to translate complex AI topics into engaging stories.

Requirements

• 3rd or 4th year University/HBO education in Communication, Change Management, AI, Business IT, or Innovation Management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Strong affinity for AI and digital technologies.
• Proven storytelling capabilities and strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Must be able to work from the headquarters in Kinderdijk.
