What you will do

• Translate system, regulatory, and business requirements into structured engineering project plans.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional engineering teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Manage engineering schedules, resources, and deliverables according to the company's project launch process.
• Facilitate effective communication between internal stakeholders, customers, and non-engineering departments.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and facilitate cross-disciplinary problem-solving.
• Implement enhancements to engineering processes, methods, and tools to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• MSc. or BSc. in Software, Systems, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic product development within an automotive environment.
• Strong knowledge of automotive quality systems and structured problem-solving methods like APQP, ASPICE, and 8D.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to work with limited guidance.
