Location: Hybrid (Amsterdam, Netherlands) - average 3 days a week in office

Salary: €55,000 – €69,000 per year

What you will do

• Maintain visibility of the Operations project portfolio, including pipelines and resource allocation.
• Lead and optimize the stage-gate process for structured decision-making and governance.
• Execute medium-to-high complexity projects from concept to implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Procurement, Planning, and Manufacturing.
• Develop and monitor business cases in collaboration with Finance to track performance.
• Manage risks and provide recommendations to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Several years of project management experience in FMCG, supply chain, or operations.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end projects with ownership of budgets and risks.
• Experience with structured project governance methodologies such as stage-gate.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders across geographies.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office (avg. 3 days/week).
