hirify.global is a high-growth international B2B SaaS company providing tools to help Community Managers and marketing agencies simplify their social media work.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing specifically for the French market.
  • Generate new business through multi-channel outbound prospecting using calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify and convert inbound prospects into demos and active trials with professional follow-up.
  • Deliver consultative demos adapted to the specific pain points of each prospect.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot/Salesforce and monitor performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Support, and Product teams to streamline the customer journey and improve messaging.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Spain.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (inbound and outbound).
  • Fluent (written and verbal) French and English.
  • Advanced experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Spanish.
  • Familiarity with social media tools and digital agency business models.
  • Experience with AI assistants and productivity automation tools.
