TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing and strategically growing high-value enterprise customer relationships with an accent on expansion, retention, and ARR growth. Focus on account mapping, executing cross-sell/upsell strategies, and driving long-term customer value within the hirify.global ecosystem.

Location: Must be based in Spain (Remote-first with optional office access in Bilbao)

What you will do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of approximately 70 high-value enterprise accounts to increase ARR and drive strategic expansion.
  • Develop account plans leveraging deep mapping to align customer needs with the hirify.global product ecosystem.
  • Lead value-driven migration and expansion conversations, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders to ensure business outcomes and mitigate churn risks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, support, product, and engineering to resolve complex escalations.
  • Track and report on NRR, ARR, and customer adoption trends using Salesforce and Sigma.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise customer success, account management, or SaaS sales with channel sales exposure.
  • Proven ability to drive expansion and manage complex Fortune 500 enterprise relationships.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics such as NRR, CLTV, and churn mitigation.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and using data analytics to inform strategy.
  • Must be based in Spain.
  • Business fluency in German, Spanish, French, or Polish is preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with large enterprise customers in the Atlassian ecosystem or similar environments.
