TL;DR

Sales Strategy Manager (SaaS): Driving commercial transformation projects across all sales branches to improve MRR and operational efficiency with an accent on scalable solutions and data-driven decision-making. Focus on optimizing lead conversion, automating sales workflows with AI, and building repeatable commercial playbooks.

Location: Remote (Spain). Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Spain or their country of residence; no visa sponsorship is provided.

What you will do

  • Lead commercial transformation projects (OTB, Campaigns, Lead Optimization) to increase New Business MRR.
  • Design and productize scalable sales playbooks and solutions that can be replicated across multiple markets.
  • Optimize the Global Sales organization through productivity improvements and internal tooling development.
  • Establish and maintain a Meetings & Reporting framework to facilitate data-driven commercial decision-making.
  • Collaborate with local teams to improve lead quality, routing, and ecommerce conversion funnels.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years of people management.
  • Background in consulting or similar roles within top-tier tech environments.
  • Fluent English; Spanish is a strong advantage.
  • Strong data literacy and experience with Salesforce CRM and sales funnel metrics.
  • Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and workflow automation (Make, Zapier).
  • Legal right to work in the location of the role (Spain).

  • Experience in SaaS or marketplace business models.
