What you will do
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new TSDs and Trusted Advisors to build profitable relationships.
- Develop and execute targeted regional channel strategies and conduct partner sales training.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners to resolve issues and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to support product launches.
- Track and analyze partner performance metrics and regional market trends.
- Negotiate and manage partner agreements to ensure mutual business benefits.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years in telecom channel management, specifically focused on the TSD Channel.
- Deep understanding of Managed Voice, data, SD-WAN, SASE, and cloud connectivity services.
- Proven track record of building high-trust relationships with Trusted Advisors.
- Demonstrated success in surpassing revenue targets and fostering partner growth.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, channel management platforms, and analytics software.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to executive-level stakeholders.
