What you will do
- Compile and provide accurate fund performance data to clients.
- Resolve administrative and operational issues to maintain service quality.

- Collaborate with internal departments on investment, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Liaise with Fund Managers to implement and oversee client support strategies.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently with general supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex operational challenges.
- Capacity to influence stakeholders through clear explanation of policies and practices.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Milan, Italy.
