What you will do

  • Compile and provide accurate fund performance data to clients.
  • Resolve administrative and operational issues to maintain service quality.
  • Analyze data to address ad-hoc client inquiries effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal departments on investment, compliance, and regulatory matters.
  • Liaise with Fund Managers to implement and oversee client support strategies.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently with general supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for complex operational challenges.
  • Capacity to influence stakeholders through clear explanation of policies and practices.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Milan, Italy.
