What you will do

• Develop and acquire new client relationships within the Italian B2B market.
• Manage an existing portfolio of EAM clients as their primary relationship lead.
• Act as a trusted advisor by providing tailored recommendations across investment, credit, and banking products.
• Collaborate with internal specialists and service officers to ensure integrated delivery of financial solutions.
• Analyze client needs and business environment changes to proactively adjust service strategies.
• Ensure exceptional client experience and drive sustainable growth for the business.

Requirements

• Education in finance or economics.
• At least five years of experience as a Relationship Manager, preferably in EAM.
• Strong network of multifamily offices and financial intermediaries in Italy.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Proven sales aptitude and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proactive, analytical, and structured approach to work.
