What you will do

  • Design and deliver client experience enablement strategies that translate expectations into repeatable frontline behaviors.
  • Partner cross-functionally to align on experience standards and identify friction points in client interactions.
  • Create leader-ready tools and resources to embed experience expectations into daily routines.
  • Lead the rollout of evolving client experience initiatives across Consumer Banking.
  • Conduct field observations and call reviews to assess consistency and identify gaps.
  • Convert client feedback and VOC data into actionable insights to improve satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in client experience or sales operations within the banking industry.
  • Proven ability to drive change management and align activities with business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills in VOC, complaint, and behavioral trend analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills for delivering reports and presentations to senior management.
  • High proficiency in MS Office and experience with dashboards and experience-related tools.
