What you will do

• Analyze business needs and translate them into comprehensive functional and business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain business analysis documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to strategic business transformation initiatives.
• Support solution design to ensure business requirements are accurately interpreted and implemented.
• Participate in functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
• Mandatory hands-on experience in the banking industry.
• Expert-level knowledge in at least one banking domain (e.g., Core Banking, Payments, Treasury, Lending, or Digital Channels).
• Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional documentation.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Visio.

• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall project environments.
