Location: Remote, with an initial focus on candidates local to Philadelphia, Delaware, New Jersey, and New York. Starting June 2027, employees within a 50-mile radius of the office must work on-site three days per week (hybrid).

What you will do

• Translate business requirements and approved credit strategies into clear technical specifications and production logic.
• Execute strategy changes across third-party platforms, internal tools, and partner decisioning environments.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and production verification to ensure logic aligns with business intent.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including test evidence, validation results, and change logs for regulatory audit.
• Automate repeatable workflows, simulations, and reporting using Python, SQL, and Excel.
• Collaborate with Credit, Product, Risk, and Engineering teams to communicate implementation status and risks.

Requirements

• Must be based in or local to the Philadelphia, Delaware, New Jersey, or New York areas.
• 1-3 years of experience in analytics, implementation, operations, or decisioning roles.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or another quantitative field.
• Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into structured logic and technical specifications.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, fintech, or consumer lending.
• Exposure to credit, pricing, or other decisioning workflows.
• Experience with Jupyter Notebooks, rules engines, or decision platforms.
• Background in quality assurance (QA), validation, or production support processes.
