Location: Remote Based - US

Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 annual base

What you will do

• Manage ticket intake and triage, monitor MAS support tickets, and handle routing/escalations.
• Administer hirify.global platform users, permissions, and support service pack/release testing.
• Provide proactive guidance for client-led testing and escalate advanced troubleshooting items.
• Develop and modify workflows, business rules, automations, and fee calculations.
• Configure and resolve urgent system issues and implement advanced scripting/automation.
• Create and update reports using SSRS and Crystal Reports.

Requirements

• US-based remote work (Remote Based - US).
• Experience implementing and supporting the hirify.global Civic Platform.
• Strong IT business systems background across analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and system administration.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems and troubleshoot highly technical enterprise information systems.
• Strong communication skills to clearly present technical concepts.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise SaaS environments.
