What you will do

• Manage paid social accounts (LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit) for a portfolio of B2B SaaS and tech clients.
• Optimize campaigns to meet business objectives, including pipeline growth, MQLs, and revenue.
• Develop brand performance strategies and create high-impact assets like use case videos and thought leadership ads.
• Design and launch the company's organic social service offering, including strategy frameworks and reporting templates.
• Implement AI workflows (e.g., using Claude) to streamline brand content development.
• Present quarterly business reviews and strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 6+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on B2B demand generation and social media.
• Proven track record of managing paid social accounts for mid-market or enterprise B2B SaaS clients.
• Experience developing creative asset frameworks and zero-click content formats.
• Demonstrated ability to build productivity workflows using LLMs like Claude.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to director-level and C-suite executives.
