What you will do
- Own and continuously improve chatbot/IVR design and user experience using metrics and data-driven insights
- Participate across discovery, delivery, and iteration product phases
- Lead collaborative design reviews with product to ensure user-centric solutions
- Practice holistic experience design and align conversations with business requirements, customer behavior, and technical limitations
- Present and advocate for user-centered design and clearly communicate design decisions
- Deliver in a fast-paced, collaborative agile environment
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience designing and writing natural dialog flows for AI, machine learning, or chatbot tools
- Understanding of conversation design and optimization for AI chatbot/IVR strategy
- Knowledge of Natural Language Processing and prompt engineering
- Experience with design technologies/platforms such as Voiceflow, IBM Watson, and Genesys
- Agile experience and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Unable to consider candidates who require visa sponsorship
