What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy chatbots and voice bots using Dialogflow CX, Google CCAI, and Microsoft Bot Framework.
• Implement LLM (playbook) features and standard Dialogflow CX functionalities.
• Develop custom components and tools to optimize the functionality and performance of the chatbot ecosystem.
• Integrate chatbot systems with backend systems, databases, and APIs to facilitate data exchange.
• Analyze logs and debug code to resolve complex technical issues.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in Conversational AI, NLP, and Machine Learning.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with the Google Cloud Contact Center AI Bot framework.
• Proficiency in NLP, NLU, ML, and Conversational AI.
• Extensive experience with LLM (playbook) features and traditional Dialogflow CX functionalities.
• Familiarity with SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• Experience integrating web services into applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
• Familiarity with automated testing practices.
