What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain IVR systems, NLU intent-based bots, and routing applications.
• Lead project initiatives and provide technical consulting for strategic customer engagements.
• Collaborate with product owners and scrum masters to drive user story creation and team delivery.
• Perform knowledge transfer and demonstrate proposed solutions to business and technical audiences.
• Create and execute test scripts for call flows and provide UAT/QA support.
• Provide feedback to the product organization regarding APIs, documentation, and architecture.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (East Coast)
• 10+ years of experience with commercial IVR applications, routing, and bot development.
• 5+ years of experience working with voice or digital bots on platforms like Google Dialogflow or Amazon Lex.
• Demonstrated understanding and experience with generative and agentic AI tools.
• Experience in a customer-facing role with strong consulting and communication skills.
• Understanding of IVR architecture including web components, telephony, ASR, and diagnostics.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with hirify.global Cloud, Architect, Dialog Engine, Composer, and Designer.
• hirify.global GCP or AWS certification.
• Experience with bot and intent tuning.
• Proficiency in PHP, Java, or C#.
