TL;DR

Growth Manager (SaaS): Building and scaling a complete growth engine from the ground up with an accent on pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Focus on multi-channel campaign optimization, CRM automation, and data-driven experimentation to scale the customer journey.

Location: Remote (Work Schedule: M-F, 8 AM to 5 PM CST)

hirify.global is a fast-paced company looking for a strategic growth leader to build and scale its customer acquisition systems.

What you will do

  • Build and execute multi-channel growth strategies focused on pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Own the full customer acquisition funnel from awareness through conversion and activation.
  • Launch and optimize campaigns across paid, organic, SEO, LinkedIn, Meta, and email channels.
  • Develop and manage CRM workflows, lead nurturing systems, and reporting dashboards.
  • Conduct customer research and analyze user behavior to improve positioning and messaging.
  • Iterate rapidly on growth experiments based on performance data, CAC, and LTV metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Head of Growth roles.
  • Proven success scaling pipeline and revenue in startup, SaaS, or tech environments.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Ads.
  • Ability to work M-F, 8 AM to 5 PM CST.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing measurable achievements and successful growth campaigns.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a founding-level marketing role.
