Location: Hybrid (Must be based in New York and work onsite in Manhattan two days per week)

Salary: $167,000 – $250,600 USD (plus commissions)

What you will do

• Lead and grow a global team of legal architects responsible for end-to-end delivery of large-scale enterprise projects.
• Define and improve delivery methodologies and tools to ensure scalable, repeatable, and efficient implementations.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise client projects from design and planning to go-live.
• Own professional services P&L accountability, managing utilization, gross margin, and delivery profitability.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to forecast demand and define long-term capacity plans.
• Manage subcontractor and partner relationships to expand implementation capacity.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading Professional Services or Delivery organizations for enterprise SaaS or complex software.
• Track record of delivering large-scale, multi-phase enterprise implementations with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Deep understanding of enterprise project governance, risk management, and change management.
• Experience with utilization and revenue forecasting and P&L-level accountability.
• Strong leadership skills to coach and scale high-performing delivery teams across multiple geographies.
• Must be based in New York and able to work onsite in Manhattan two days per week.
