Location: Must be based in New York City (NYC). Initially remote with a view to going hybrid in the future.
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000

What you will do
- Deliver high-impact onboarding for new SMB customers to ensure a smooth ramp and quick path to value.
- Drive product adoption at scale by using data to proactively identify and engage customers.
- Own account health by tracking usage to detect risk and balancing high-touch engagements with a scaled approach.
- Solve user problems quickly by coordinating with technical teams as needed.
- Design and refine a scalable approach to Customer Success to support thousands of users.
- Champion the customer voice by collaborating with Product and Sales to shape the roadmap and GTM messaging.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (Consultancy, Customer Success, Sales, RevOps, or similar).
- Must be based in New York City.
- Confident communication skills to guide customers through AI adoption and transformation.
- A love for experimenting and iterating on new ideas.
- Sharp, systematic, resilient, and motivated to win.
