What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end subscription renewal lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of customers.
- Audit customer licensing against actual platform usage to align product usage with contractual terms.
- Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to define renewal objectives and lead alignment calls.
- Forecast renewal and expansion pipelines on a weekly basis to meet quarterly targets.
- Identify churn risks early and develop collaborative mitigation strategies.
- Route critical customer issues to appropriate cross-functional teams for swift resolution.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience managing renewals for hundreds of accounts.
- Proven track record of on-time renewals and success in contract negotiation.
- Experience reviewing contracts, preparing proposals, and closing initiatives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to track multiple renewals simultaneously.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across Legal, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success departments.
