What you will do

  • Drive net-new business acquisition (70%) and expansion revenue (30%) across the Iberian enterprise segment
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Develop and execute strategic enterprise account plans to maximize revenue potential
  • Lead discovery conversations on business impact and ROI and manage complex negotiations through to close
  • Build multi-threaded relationships across Marketing, Analytics, Product, Ecommerce, and Tech, including C-suite stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, strong CRM hygiene, and proactive risk management for predictable quarter execution

Requirements

  • 2+ years as a sales hunter (new logo / new revenue acquisition) with proven strategic SaaS experience
  • Full English and Spanish language skills
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota selling B2B SaaS to large, complex organizations
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology to senior executive audiences
  • Structured, disciplined approach with strong accountability for forecast accuracy and pipeline quality
  • Sales methodology experience is a strong plus (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, or equivalent)
