What you will do

• Deliver change projects for leading financial institutions through long-term strategic partnerships.
• Gather and document requirements for regulatory changes, capital markets product offerings, and business enhancements.
• Lead product deliverables and act as a liaison between front, middle, and back office functions.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to client leadership.
• Manage project-level risks, issues, and dependencies while engaging with key stakeholders.
• Analyze and enhance Corporate and Investment Banking/Capital Markets businesses, including designing Target Operating Models.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Capital Markets experience in Fixed Income, Equities, or Foreign Exchange derivatives.
• 3+ years of recent client-facing management consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or a related field.
• Knowledge of US and global regulatory landscapes within financial services.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
