Location: Must work in an office 4+ days per week (New York)

What you will do

  • Manage and coach a team of Account Managers to ensure functional excellence and professional growth.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to resource accounts and maximize business impact.
  • Identify and proliferate vertical trends, guiding measurement strategies and campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Analytics, and Creative Strategy.
  • Advocate for category-specific product interests and educate the team on new GTM features.
  • Serve as a point of contact for technical troubleshooting and campaign escalation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the digital media space.
  • 3+ years of full-funnel campaign activation and measurement experience.
  • Deep familiarity with social and programmatic ad buying platforms.
  • Strong mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems using large data sets.
  • Must be able to work in an office 4+ days per week.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of experience managing a client services team.
  • Deep familiarity with hirify.global Ads Manager.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
