What you will do
- Manage and coach a team of Account Managers to ensure functional excellence and professional growth.
- Partner with Sales leadership to resource accounts and maximize business impact.
- Identify and proliferate vertical trends, guiding measurement strategies and campaign optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Analytics, and Creative Strategy.
- Advocate for category-specific product interests and educate the team on new GTM features.
- Serve as a point of contact for technical troubleshooting and campaign escalation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the digital media space.
- 3+ years of full-funnel campaign activation and measurement experience.
- Deep familiarity with social and programmatic ad buying platforms.
- Strong mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems using large data sets.
- Must be able to work in an office 4+ days per week.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of experience managing a client services team.
- Deep familiarity with Ads Manager.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
