What you will do

  • Identify and qualify business opportunities in the government sector by analyzing institutional needs and challenges.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior government decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Design and present tailored software and cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) with clear value propositions.
  • Lead contractual negotiations, ensuring compliance with public procurement laws and regulations.
  • Achieve or surpass assigned sales targets for the government sector.
  • Coordinate with solution architects and product teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and client success.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in consultative B2G sales within technology, cloud services, or software development.
  • Proven track record in managing high-value government accounts and leading public bidding processes.
  • English: Full Professional Proficiency (C1) required.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure products and services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or related field.
  • Location: Must be based in San Salvador, El Salvador.
