Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for production stakeholders across various genres.
• Manage, train, and develop staff within the Sound operations team.
• Oversee effective scheduling, business efficiency, and cost recovery processes.
• Collaborate with Operations Team leaders to optimize staff skills and resource utilization.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the Sound department and Media Operations.

Requirements

• Extensive up-to-date operational knowledge and experience in media production.
• Proven experience in managing teams and scheduling processes.
• Strong understanding of Health and Safety standards and hirify.global operational workflows.
• Ability to work on own initiative with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Eligibility to work in the UK is required.

• Understanding of radio and visualised content production.
• Knowledge of employment and industrial relations legislation.
• Experience contributing to departmental strategy.
