Salary: $7,622.83 - $11,886.67 CAD Monthly

What you will do
- Manage strategic planning projects in a multi-stakeholder environment, including facilitation, consensus building, synthesis of insights, and delivery of cohesive strategic plans.
- Lead complex projects across strategy, financial health, and operational effectiveness, including developing project plans (scope, budget, schedule, performance measures) and ensuring delivery within agreed constraints.
- Conduct multi-source research, validate and reconcile data across sources, and distill findings into strategic insights and decision-support recommendations.
- Build and maintain analytical and financial models (including scenarios and sensitivity studies) and produce forecasts and board-ready reporting.
- Partner with academic and administrative units to improve business processes and operational effectiveness using metrics and performance analysis.
- Plan and execute consulting workstreams, facilitate workshops/interviews, and coordinate work of consultants/sontractors and cross-organizational project teams (up to 6 people).
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- Completion of the CPA accounting program (CA, CGA, or CMA).
- Minimum 7 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong strategic planning, analytical, and project planning experience in complex stakeholder environments.
- Advanced skills with computer software applications, primarily Excel and Microsoft tools, including complex spreadsheets and business intelligence/data warehousing concepts.
- Ability to work accurately with complex data under pressure, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or Engineering) and/or an MBA.
- Experience in a related business or financial role with similar scope and accountability.
- Experience in financial modeling and business process improvement.
