TL;DR

Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager (SaaS): Designing and operationalizing enablement programs for the entire customer journey with an accent on sales acumen, MEDDPICC mastery, and AI-driven efficiency. Focus on coaching frontline sellers, bridging the gap between product marketing and field execution, and optimizing win rates and NRR.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Manage and inspire a small, high-impact sales enablement team focused on continuous improvement.
  • Lead full sales process deal reviews and coaching clinics on Discovery, Negotiation, and Objection Handling.
  • Embed MEDDPICC across the entire customer lifecycle from AE qualification to CSM health-scoring.
  • Architect and implement an AI strategy to drive efficiency in content development and learner engagement.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate product launches and competitive intelligence into actionable sales plays.
  • Collaborate with Instructional Designers to build modern learning paths and manage the Sales Asset Management (SAM) tool.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a quota-carrying frontline sales professional (AE, AM, or equivalent).
  • 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in Commercial or Enterprise segments.
  • 3+ years in Sales Enablement or Sales Management.
  • Practical, hands-on experience implementing or coaching MEDDPICC in a live sales environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Conversation Intelligence (Gong), and LMS platforms.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Domain experience in IT, security, identity, or device management markets.
  • Experience with value-based selling frameworks.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles (ADDIE or SAM).
