Compensation: $107,000 - $120,000

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding and ramp experience for new sales hires, including curriculum design and competency checkpoints.
  • Design and run "everboarding" programs and skill-building sprints to keep tenured reps updated on products and processes.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive sales playbook library capturing repeatable motions like discovery, demos, and negotiation.
  • Identify capability gaps through call reviews and win/loss analysis to develop targeted upskilling programs.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure consistent messaging and seamless customer handoffs.
  • Develop a sales competency framework to define performance standards across different sales levels.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years in Sales Enablement or L&D with significant ownership of training programs for sellers.
  • Proven experience building a new hire sales onboarding program from scratch or substantially overhauling one.
  • Strong instructional design instincts and experience in adult learning.
  • Familiarity with modern sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Command of the Message, Challenger) and tools (Gong, Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to define success metrics for enablement programs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
