What you will do

• Prospect and recruit new content creators and strategic partners to join the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Onboard new creators, providing training on app features and technical support.
• Manage partner portfolios using CRM tools to monitor activity and performance.
• Track team KPIs and contribute to collective performance goals.
• Promote creators and their content across the app, website, and social media channels.
• Monitor emerging content trends on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress in Business, Digital Marketing, or Project Management.
• Must be eligible for a 1-year apprenticeship contract.
• Passion for the creator economy and understanding of the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and autonomous approach to managing priorities.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in digital content creation.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations.
• Familiarity with KPI analysis and performance tracking.
• Experience using CRM and tracking tools.
