What you will do

• Analyze large-scale trading behavior across tens of thousands of accounts and millions of trading events.
• Build frameworks to evaluate long-term trader quality, consistency, and behavioral stability.
• Develop participant scoring systems based on execution behavior, risk profile, and consistency.
• Identify persistent signals related to execution quality, position management, and holding behavior.
• Research repeatability of trading behavior across different market regimes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on automated decision systems, risk infrastructure, and real-time analytics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in institutional trading, brokerage risk, market making, execution, or quantitative research.
• Strong understanding of market microstructure, participant behavior, and risk-adjusted performance analysis.
• Experience working with large-scale client flow, execution systems, or trader populations.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Experience with behavioral analytics, clustering, statistical learning methods, and large datasets.
• Understanding of concepts such as adverse selection, flow quality, and execution efficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience from institutional brokers, proprietary trading firms, market makers, or hedge funds.
