What you will do

• Define and evaluate key product metrics to understand performance drivers.
• Analyze business problems and present actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Conceptualize, develop, and maintain data visualizations and dashboards in Looker.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to investigate feedback on services and product features.
• Prioritize and execute analytical tasks using complex datasets to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
• Proven professional experience as a Product Analyst or Data Insights Analyst.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Strong ability to decompose abstract business tasks into measurable indicators.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting analytical results to stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, R, or advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools like Amplitude or Google Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with the modern data stack: dbt, BigQuery, and Looker.
