Senior Partner Operations Analyst

What you will do

• Collect feedback from Sales and Partner teams to define strategic projects and process improvements for an easy partner engagement model.
• Run enhancement projects and new builds, ensuring delivery with comprehensive UAT to minimize post-production impact.
• Work cross-functionally to support operational programs aligned to organizational strategy.
• Provide scalable “run the business” operational support for the Partner organization.
• Support external partners and internal teams on Partner-related operations and processes.
• Own Partner program data integrity in Salesforce and administer enhancements for the hirify.global Partner Portal.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience supporting Partner operations activities, ideally in SaaS and/or enterprise-focused organizations.
• Experience implementing programs and processes that scale; ability to take ownership and “roll up your sleeves.”
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects and flows (Looker experience is a plus).
• Administrative experience owning and operating Impartner.
• Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with stakeholders across functions.
• Must have legal right to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.
