What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end partner acquisition, activation, and retention funnel strategy.
  • Design and optimize lifecycle funnels, including automated onboarding and segment-specific journeys.
  • Ensure structural alignment between marketing initiatives, lead routing, and commercial follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to improve lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Drive CAC/LTV optimization by identifying funnel inefficiencies and implementing scalable automation.
  • Manage HubSpot lead scoring, routing logic, and lifecycle automation frameworks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B acquisition, activation, or retention funnel design.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and partner activation mechanics.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, specifically HubSpot.
  • Experience with customer segmentation models and triggered communications.
  • English: B2 level required.
  • Ability to translate business needs into automation logic and scalable engagement processes.

Nice to have

  • Experience running A/B tests across lifecycle or onboarding journeys.
  • Experience working with ABM campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in performance metrics like CAC, retention, and conversion rates.
