What you will do
- Own the end-to-end partner acquisition, activation, and retention funnel strategy.
- Design and optimize lifecycle funnels, including automated onboarding and segment-specific journeys.
- Ensure structural alignment between marketing initiatives, lead routing, and commercial follow-up.
- Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to improve lead nurturing and conversion.
- Drive CAC/LTV optimization by identifying funnel inefficiencies and implementing scalable automation.
- Manage HubSpot lead scoring, routing logic, and lifecycle automation frameworks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B acquisition, activation, or retention funnel design.
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and partner activation mechanics.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, specifically HubSpot.
- Experience with customer segmentation models and triggered communications.
- English: B2 level required.
- Ability to translate business needs into automation logic and scalable engagement processes.
Nice to have
- Experience running A/B tests across lifecycle or onboarding journeys.
- Experience working with ABM campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in performance metrics like CAC, retention, and conversion rates.
