What you will do

  • Research and identify potential B2B partnerships while exploring adjacent B2C opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners across the UK and EU markets.
  • Present the value of hirify.global partnerships tailored to specific business priorities of potential allies.
  • Prepare and negotiate partnership proposals that align with ROI expectations.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure partner success and effective client handovers.
  • Communicate technical platform details clearly and ensure all activities meet regulatory obligations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in FX, payments, financial services, or technology.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting defined KPIs.
  • Native-level fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in affiliate or strategic partnership sales is preferred.
  • Digitally savvy with proficiency in Salesforce and AI-driven commercial tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% as required.

  • Existing network of contacts within the payments or expense management industry.
  • Experience in building complex business cases for strategic alliances.
