What you will do

• Relay urgent and non-urgent medical results between radiologists, referring physicians, and healthcare providers across multiple hospital systems.
• Serve as a key point of contact to resolve communication issues for patients, physicians, and technologists.
• Facilitate timely call transfers and direct communication between referring physicians and radiologists.
• Ensure critical findings, STAT reads, and pertinent positive results are delivered promptly.
• Maintain strict HIPAA compliance while answering general reporting-related questions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (E-verify participant)
• Associate’s degree or equivalent healthcare experience (Bachelor’s degree highly preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of radiology technology experience.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare operations.
• Experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
